I know I'm not just speaking for myself when I say how great it was to see the Girl Scouts driving up to the site. It's always a pleasure to have your smiling faces illuminating the Women Build work site. As every job on the work site is equally important as another so it is just as important to have proper nutrition to keep the workers healthy and strong. You always bring us a great meal which includes a main course, plenty of fruits and veggies and a dessert. Just as sweet as the desserts you serve are the comments you write to the homeowner on the walls of the house. These words will be forever a part of this home and the energy and love you bring will forever be a part of the lives of those who live within these walls. It is my hope to convey to you the importance of your role in our annual Women Build program. Our build is never complete without your presence. Although you are not picking up a hammer (yet) your presence is equally important as any one who works on this site. Thank you for your support and for all you give! ~Cindy |
